All systems are fully operational again.

During the deployment of NinjaOne across our servers, we installed NetworkManager for network monitoring as well. This resulted in changes to the network configuration at our hypervisor, causing all virtual machines to be disconnected from their network bridges and become unreachable.

A restart of our hypervisor restored the network bridge configuration and re-established connectivity for the virtual machines. Services returned to normal operation following the restart.

We will review the installation process to prevent similar incidents in future deployments.
